That's actually a very good question, I just noticed a typo nobody has yet mentioned.

To save power if you're using a regulated source you could connect Vo 3.4-4.2V. Usually you would connect to Vin and provide an unregulated range between 4.3-5.25V. This will be regulated down to Vo at 3.5V.
Per your question, you should connect a 5V supply to Vin.
You can leave Po floating and connect your button to a ground. No need to debounce and it should be pulled to ground upon press. The best method is probably through a cap and resistor - I believe it should be a cap between Vdd-Po-button1 and a res-gnd-button2, then when button press, the res should effectively debounce and set a specific time to reset.
