I can get the CELLv1.0 device to connect to T-Mobile US (310260) with UMTS, but I can't seem to get it to connect with HSDPA. I'm in Gilbert, Arizona, USA in an area with decent signal coverage.

It seems to think that the network only supports UMTS, but that's surely not the case with T-Mobile US. I've used this sim card before to get HSPA, (as well as HSPA+ and LTE) connections with other devices.
My signal seems decent at -83dBm.
Is there an AT command I'm missing that I can send to enable or force HSDPA?
My concern here is mainly about latency; HSPA has lower latency than UMTS. However, it would also be nice to take advantage of the "DL3.6Mbps HSDPA" supported by the module - I'm only able to get about 500-700kbit/sec downstream.
